Daniel P. Cannon, Chief Executive Officer and Director. Mr. Cannon has been a member of the National Association of Securities Dealers since 1989. In 1991, he developed and organized the first ever Export Import Bank loan guarantees for the government of Poland for infrastructure development. Cannon envisioned and formed joint ventures in the country of Poland valued at over $900 million, between Polish and United States public companies. Mr. Cannon has participated in several syndicates raising capital for public companies. Cannon has syndicated tens of millions of dollars of real estate in the Los Angeles area. He recently served as Senior Vice President, Private Client Group for four years at Interfirst Capital Corporation, a PaineWebber affiliate. Cannon has produced the motion picture Reasonable Doubt in 2000. Recently, Cannon resigned from Interfirst Capital Corporation to form AngelBabies, LLC. Mr. Cannon was educated at Virginia Commonwealth University and the University of Maryland in Economics.
